About me

Liberation and freedom are important, particularly in the context of spirituality. In my experience, with religion, organisations and even educational settings. You can become lost in the system of belief or culture. My aim as writer has been to look beyond these limitations and articulate my experiences, and share my ongoing journey into the complexities of life. Having been diagnosed with Bipolar and PTSD many years ago has offered different experiences and insights on how to manage poor mental health well.

My blogging has provided a place to learn about fascinating people all over the world. I am writing a novel, writing has been so good for me. I am thankful to have a space for creativity, and have learnt more about myself along the way. The blogging community is supportive and offer some outstanding advice.
