In my experiences, with religions, organisations and even educational settings. I found myself lost in a systems of belief or culture norms. My aim as writer is to discuss possibilities beyond these parameters.

I was diagnosed with Bipolar and PTSD many years ago. It has offered different experiences and insights on how to manage poor mental health well. My blog is not about mental illness.
My blog offerers me a space for my creativity. My hope in sharing life’s challengers, is my writing may offer something helpful to others. With all the creativity and enjoyment writing has offered. I have been compelled to write a novel.
